After graduating from Carmel High School, T.C. went on to play four years of baseball for the Indiana Hoosiers. T.C. was a four-year letter winner as well as a member of the 2009 Big Ten Championship team. Coach Knipp coached two years of Varsity baseball with Brownsburg High School, and is entering his second year on the Varsity staff with Carmel High School. T.C. has coached elite travel baseball for 7 years and has been giving private lessons and training for over ten years. T.C. does not have a child on the team is excited to give back to the Mustangs program that helped him achieve his collegiate baseball dreams by playing at Indiana University. For the 2019 summer season, Coach Knipp will be working with the 14U Mustang Knipp group.

15U – Logan Hug

A former RoundTripper student, Logan played 4 years at Pike High School as well as with the Pony Express travel program. Hug played his first two years of collegiate baseball at Ancilla College as a second baseman and pitcher. He finished his collegiate career at Manchester University, where he earned a degree in Exercise Science. Hug earned all-conference honors his junior year at Manchester while leading the team to a conference championship. He then earned all-conference honorable mention honors as a senior. Logan is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA. Logan currently serves a head coach in the Indiana Mustangs organization.

16U – Cesar Barrientos

Currently an Assistant Coach at Wabash College, Cesar has been involved in the game of baseball in the state of Indiana for the past 15 years. As founder of the Indiana Baseball Academy and IBA Storm travel organization, he has worked with clients ranging from the youth ages to professional ball players. He has placed countless baseball and softball players in the collegiate ranks during his coaching career. Cesar has also been involved with independent baseball leagues, assisting with multiple professional try outs with the Evansville Otters and Traverse City Beach Bums. Coach Barrientos has developed strength in the ability to advance players’ fundamentals, explain the physics of baseball in order improve performance, and develop well-rounded, intelligent players.
